Does Tonik also work for espresso?
Yes! Tonik works for everything – espresso, pour-over, French Press. But: For espresso, the effect is more subtle than for filter. Tonik particularly shines with pour-over, where the clarity really comes through.
Is Tonik too acidic for dark roasts?
Potentially. Tonik emphasizes acidity and fruitiness – this is perfect for light roasts, but can make dark roasts "thin." For our Nutty Delight or Cozy Chocolate, we recommend Jamm instead of Tonik.
Can I mix Tonik with other profiles?
Absolutely! 70% Tonik + 30% Jamm gives you clarity AND body. Experiment. This is your lab.
