Fiorenzato removable discharge chute – the part you handle most often
On the AllGround Sense, the removable discharge chute is the link between the grinding chamber and the dosing cup. Because it can be removed, it is constantly moving between grinder, sink and worktop – and that is exactly why it is also the part that is first to be dropped, scratched or worn loose at its seat.
A chute that no longer sits snugly costs you coffee: it sits slightly crooked, some of the grounds get caught on the edge, and what is missing from the cup ends up on the tray.
When it's due
When the chute no longer clicks noticeably into place or falls off by itself. When it is cracked or its seat is visibly worn. When a coating has formed inside that can no longer be brushed away. And when a small pile is left next to the cup after every grind.

Who it's for
For everyone who uses the AllGround Sense for single dosing and removes the chute every day. And for everyone who wants a second chute in the cupboard as a spare, so that a drop onto the stone floor doesn't bring operations to a halt.
What goes with it
It goes with the complete discharge assembly and the flapper. For single dosing we stock the dosing cup and the portafilter rest for dosing cup. For care, see machine and grinder cleaning; everything else is under Fiorenzato.
Tip from our workshop
We never rinse the chute and then put it back on wet. Residual moisture in the discharge is the quickest route to clumping grounds. Let it dry or brush it out dry – that is our routine in Bern and Zurich, not a manufacturer's requirement. For dialling in we use Nutty Delight, for chocolatey notes Cozy Chocolate and for body Very Nutty. All roasts under coffee beans.
Returns excluded
Spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are procured specifically for each order and cannot be resold once they have been fitted or test-fitted on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a quick line and we'll clarify the fit together. Your rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.
Frequently asked questions
Can the chute go in the dishwasher?
We advise against it. Heat and detergents make plastic brittle. Brush it out and, if necessary, rinse it briefly with lukewarm water, then let it dry completely.
Does it fit the AllGround Sense Plus?
The versions differ. Send us the serial number and we'll check the fit before you order.
Why do grounds get stuck in my chute?
It's usually down to residual moisture or static charge when the air is very dry. Both can be improved without a new part – just ask us.
Is it worth keeping a spare chute in stock?
For a business, yes. It's a part that falls off the counter, and without a chute the grinder can't sensibly keep running.
Can I see the part in the showroom?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the product you have in mind is currently there.
