Fiorenzato complete discharge chute – so the AllGround Sense doses spot on again
The AllGround Sense weighs while it grinds. But that precision is only as good as the path the coffee takes afterwards. The discharge chute guides the grounds from the chamber into the dosing cup or the filter basket – and if something gets stuck there, the weight in the cup no longer matches what the grinder measured.
This discharge chute comes as a complete unit. That is the more honest route than continuing to readjust a worn part: replace it once, and the coffee's path is back to how it was designed.

When grounds remain in the channel after grinding or fall through with a delay. When the dose varies despite the scale. When the discharge chute is visibly cracked, worn or warped. And when you keep finding the same hard build-up in the same spot.

Who it's for
For anyone who single doses with the AllGround Sense and wants to rely on the weight displayed. And for businesses where the grinder handles many doses every day and the discharge chute is worked hard accordingly.
What goes with it

From our workshop
After every intervention on the discharge chute we re-tare the scale and grind three portions as a check. If you judge the first result straight after the replacement, you are only measuring what was left in the channel. This is our routine from Bern and Zurich, not a manufacturer requirement. For dialling in we use Nutty Delight, for chocolatey notes Cozy Chocolate and for body Very Nutty. All roasts under Coffee beans.
Returns excluded
Spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a trial fitting on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a line and we'll check the fit together. Your rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.

Is the discharge tube included?
We stock the removable tube as a separate item. We're happy to tell you exactly what comes with this discharge chute before you order.
Does it also fit the AllGround Sense Plus?
The model series differ in details. Send us the serial number of your grinder and we'll check the fit.
Why does my dose weight vary despite the scale?
Usually grounds get stuck in the channel and only fall through during the next grind. A look into the discharge chute shows it straight away.
Can I replace it myself?
Depending on the version, this can be done without much effort. Disconnect the grinder from the mains first, and ask us if you're unsure.
Can I see the part in the showroom?
