Flair Classic + Pressure Kit – Manual Espresso Maker with Pressure Gauge

On the Pressure Kit's gauge, you read the pressure as the espresso flows dark and thick from the bottomless portafilter. Afterwards, you disassemble the machine into a few parts and store it in the carrying case.

What sets the Flair Classic apart
The Classic operates 100% manually: You pour about 60 ml of hot water into the standard brew head, insert the puck, and build up the pressure yourself using the lever. The bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter holds 12 to 18 grams and can be used with or without a spout. The removable brew head makes cleaning straightforward, and the entire machine disassembles to fit into the included carrying case – ideal for travel, the office, or a holiday apartment. The Pressure Kit adds a stainless steel tamper and a pressure gauge, allowing you to monitor the brewing pressure.
A brief pre-heating with hot water through the brew head stabilizes the temperature before extraction. As with any Flair, an espresso-capable grinder with fine adjustment is a prerequisite – without the right grind size, the shot will run too fast or get blocked.

The Classic is for anyone who wants portable, electricity-free lever espresso – a setup that packs into a suitcase and works anywhere hot water is available. Those looking for a larger portafilter with a stainless steel brew path will find it in the Flair 49 Pro; those who want the 58mm industry standard and electric preheating will find it in the Flair 58+2.
