Standard spout for the K30 series
For the K30 ES/VARIO and K30 TWIN before serial number 22038, Mahlkönig also lists the EK11a spout set. You will find both in our Mahlkönig collection. After the change, as before, the weight ratio counts for extraction, not the time. For espresso, we grind fine, start at 14.5 grams and work our way up from there, usually to 17 grams, at a ratio below 1:2.
