La Marzocco now offers two versions of this burr set for the Pico – at our Swiss distributor Kialoa, this one carries the designation "New F.", marking it as the later, continued version.

Conical, 39 mm, optimized for the espresso shot
Conical burrs cut the bean instead of tearing it apart – sharp, precisely matched edges produce an even, lump-free grind. That's the foundation for water to flow through the puck without channeling during extraction, regardless of which of the two versions is fitted in your Pico.

How do I know the burrs should be replaced?
If the grounds increasingly look dusty, the grind setting constantly needs readjusting, or the extraction becomes more erratic despite unchanged settings, it's worth taking a look at the burrs.
Can I make the swap myself?
With instructions and a bit of care, the swap is doable. If you're unsure, we're happy to take care of it in our service in Bern or Zürich.
Can I see the product before buying?

How quickly will I receive the burrs?
Delivery takes place within 2–4 business days, throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
