Tip from the roastery: For an iced coffee with mandarin we use an espresso with body, Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight, brewed at a 1:2 ratio. Espresso over ice, syrup to taste, with tonic or milk if you like. For us, chocolate and citrus go well together. That is our recommendation, one of many.
