Four small feet keep the grinder steady
A grinder that wanders while grinding is usually standing on hard or worn feet. The rubber foot decouples the housing from the worktop: it absorbs the vibration of the grinding unit, keeps the machine in place and at the same time protects the surface underneath from scratches.
Over the years, rubber hardens and loses its grip. Coffee oils and cleaning agents do the rest: the foot tears at the edge or comes loose from its thread. Then the grinder slides, the noise gets louder, and the container wobbles while dosing.
When it's due
It's due when the grinder wanders or wobbles while grinding, when the rubber is hard, cracked or torn, when a foot is missing or when the machine leaves marks on the surface. It makes sense to replace feet as a set so that the machine stands level.

We always replace feet as a set and then check with a flat hand whether the grinder wobbles. A single new foot next to three flattened ones often makes the wandering worse rather than better – that's our routine, not a manufacturer's requirement. No returns
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a test fit on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a quick message and we'll clarify the fit together. Your rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.

Do I get one foot or a set?
The price is for one foot. If you want to replace all of them, order the corresponding quantity.
Is the foot screwed on or pushed in?
Our documentation does not say. A look at the old foot will tell you reliably – if in doubt, send us a photo.
Does the same foot really fit both grinders?
Our documentation lists C247049 for the Macap LEO and the Rocket Faustino 3.1. It says nothing about other years of manufacture of the Faustino – if in doubt, ask us.
Does a new foot help against loud grinding noise?
Against the transfer of vibration to the worktop, yes. If the noise comes from the grinding unit itself, the foot is not the cause.
