Pour-Over Drippers, V60 Filter Holders & Sets
Buy Pour-Over Drippers, V60 Filter Holders and Sets Switzerland
Pour-over is the most direct method to brew coffee: water, grounds, gravity, filter. Nothing more is needed. But within this reduction, there is a whole world of dripper designs, materials, and brew philosophies. Hario V60 from Japan is the absolute classic (60-degree cone, spiral inner ribs, optimized for clear cup profiles). Hoop Coffee Brewer by Ceado showcases the flat-bed variant. Hario SWITCH combines pour-over with immersion. Weber Workshops BIRD brings premium engineering to the manual filter segment.
Coffee Coaching Club carries around 40 active pour-over models from seven brands. Hario dominates the assortment with the V60 family in almost every material and color variant. Alongside these are specialty designs from Timemore, Normcore, Brewista, as well as premium pieces from Varia and Weber Workshops.
Overview of Designs
V60 Cone (Hario, Timemore)
60-degree cone with spiral inner ribs. The spiral ribs act as bypass channels for air and water, allowing water to flow evenly through the bed. Classic design for clear, bright cup profiles. Hario produces the V60 in porcelain, glass, stainless steel, copper, and in many colors (white, matte black, light blue, dark green, indigo blue, light green, orange, pink, purple, turquoise blue/green, yellow).
Flat-Bed (Hoop Coffee Brewer)
Flat filter base instead of a cone. The coffee bed is flatter, and extraction is more even across the entire surface. Popular with specialty filter setups seeking high fidelity. Ceado Hoop Coffee Brewer (CHF 39) is the active flat-bed variant in our range.
Immersion-Switch (Hario SWITCH)
Hario has developed a hybrid design with the SWITCH: you can switch between pour-over (drip mode) and immersion (steep mode). For specialty profiles where longer contact time is desired. Hario Immersion Coffee Dripper SWITCH 200ml (CHF 44) and SWITCH 360ml (CHF 56), as well as the Hario MUGEN x SWITCH Dripper (CHF 49) as a special edition.
Premium Engineering (Weber Workshops BIRD, Varia FLO)
Weber Workshops BIRD (CHF 334) is the premium league – design studio pour-over with uncompromising construction. Varia FLO Dripper (CHF 79, Varia x Kurasu Kyoto collaboration) brings Flexible Liquid Output (FLO) to the pour-over workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which V60 is best – porcelain, glass, or metal?
Porcelain (Hario V60, CHF 19–37): retains heat best, classic appearance, somewhat fragile. Glass (Hario V60 Glass, CHF 20–22): you see the extraction during brewing, visually transparent, medium heat retention. Metal Stainless Steel (CHF 44): unbreakable, lower heat retention, good for travel. Copper (CHF 81): premium look, fast heat absorption. For specialty workflow, porcelain or glass is the first choice; for travel, metal.
V60 or Hoop Coffee Brewer?
Two different designs with different cup characteristics. V60: conical design, optimized for clear, bright profiles, requires more experience with pour-over technique. Hoop (Flat-Bed): flatter coffee bed, more even extraction, somewhat more forgiving of technique variations. For specialty beginners, Hoop is often the simpler choice. For classic specialty workflows, V60 remains the first choice.
What is the advantage of the Hario SWITCH?
You can switch between pour-over (drip mode, classic V60 workflow) and immersion (steep mode, longer contact time). For experimenting with specialty profiles, it's a flexible tool. SWITCH 200ml (CHF 44) for 1–2 cups, SWITCH 360ml (CHF 56) for 2–4 cups.
Is the Weber Workshops BIRD worth CHF 334?
If you consider pour-over a central part of your workflow and value uncompromising design language and material quality: yes. The BIRD is not a functional leap compared to a classic V60, but a statement piece in terms of design aspiration and material choice. For setups intended as a showcase.
What is the Varia FLO Dripper?
A collaboration between Varia (CCC is the exclusive Swiss importer) and Kurasu Kyoto. FLO stands for Flexible Liquid Output – you can vary the output speed on the dripper. For specialty baristas who want to take their pour-over workflow to the next level. Price CHF 79.
Which filter papers fit which dripper?
V60: V60-specific conical paper filters. Hoop: specific Hoop filters. SWITCH: V60 filters are compatible. Brewista Tornado: V60 filters fit. Weber BIRD: specific BIRD filters. All filter papers available at CCC – we'll help you choose the right ones.
Which grinder and grind size for pour-over?
Medium-coarse to coarse (visual comparison: fine sand to coarse salt). For hand grinders: Comandante C40 (15–20 clicks), 1Zpresso J-Ultra / K-Ultra (corresponding), Timemore Chestnut. For electric: Mahlkönig X54, Eureka Mignon Filtro, Varia VS3/VS6 in filter setting. We can help with grind size setup for your dripper in the showroom.
What is the Timemore Pour Over Gift Set?
Complete set for pour-over beginners: Timemore Chestnut C3S Pro hand coffee grinder, gooseneck kettle, filter holder, thermometer, brush, and glass carafe – all in one box, CHF 209. Perfect as a gift or as an uncompromising complete starter solution.
Can I test pour-over drippers before buying?
