Modbar Pour Over Chrome – hand-filter precision at the push of a button
Water settles over the coffee bed in fine arcs, evenly and calmly – guided by hand or at the push of a button following your saved recipe, while the technology disappears beneath the counter.
The Modbar Pour Over combines precise hand brewing with saved recipes. Up to 25 recipes can be stored and recalled at the push of a button; the flow-rate adjustment lets you dial in the extraction for your individual coffee. We work alongside La Marzocco as a partner.
Manual and automatic
Two programmable buttons are ready for manual and automatic brewing. A unique learning mode records your manual brews and saves them – turning a successful pour into a repeatable recipe. Dosing is volumetric or time-based.
Technology and accessories
At its heart is a dual boiler with 2-zone PID temperature control. A flexible hose with a spray head, a holder ring and two spray heads with different spray patterns are included. Also included are the over-counter Pour Over tap and the under-counter boiler module.

That depends on whether the Modbar Pour Over is on display right now. Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich Oerlikon (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – it is too large for that, and the display changes. If you're after maximum body without acidity, you'll find it in Very Nutty.
