The drip tray for the Fast generation
For some years now, the Giotto and Mozzafiato have also been available in the Fast version – and its lower section has its own dimensions. So if you are ordering a drip tray for one of these machines, look closely: the tray from the older Giotto and Mozzafiato does not fit here, however similar it may look in the picture.
This item is the tray together with its grate, listed under part number A099910023. It catches rinse water, residual pressure and coffee grounds, which puts it in the wettest area of the whole machine – no other sheet-metal part ages so visibly.
When it is time to replace it
The bottom has turned grey with limescale, and even descaler no longer gets it evenly clean. Rust or dark discolouration appears along an edge. A corner is dented and the grate has sat crooked ever since. Or the tray no longer sits cleanly in its guide and has to be pushed in with force.

Who it is for
For owners of a Giotto Fast or Mozzafiato Fast. «Fast» is not a separate model series but a version designation – which is why there is no separate category for it in the shop. If you are not sure whether your machine is one of them, send us the serial number; it takes two minutes to clarify and saves you ordering the wrong tray.
What goes with it
For the older Giotto and Mozzafiato we stock the complete drip tray with grate, the tray without grate and the grate on its own. With drip trays, we always ask for the serial number first and only then for the model. There are several generations of the Giotto and Mozzafiato on the market that are hard to tell apart from the front but have different dimensions underneath. This is our own routine, not a manufacturer requirement – it has already saved us quite a few returns. No returns
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and from return. They are procured specifically for each order and cannot be resold once they have been installed or test-fitted on a machine. So before ordering, please check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a line and we will check the fit together. Your rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
