This is Bezzera's newer conical group gasket for the BZ brew group. It sits between the portafilter and the group and keeps everything sealed while you pull a shot. The conical shape makes it easier to insert the portafilter and seals reliably. Made from NBR with a hardness of 90 Shore, height 9.3 mm.
