The right is the working side. That is usually where the grinder stands, where the portafilter lands, where things are put down and picked up again. And because stainless steel shows every touch, after a few years you can tell from this side of a machine how intensively it has been used.
The panel itself is unspectacular: a sheet of metal that covers the interior with the boiler, lines and electrics, and closes off the side of the machine. This item is the right side panel in stainless steel, part number A019908559.
It is not replaced after a certain running time, but according to its condition:
A panel that no longer sits properly is more than a cosmetic flaw: it covers an area where it gets hot and electricity flows.

Dimensions, sheet thickness and surface treatment are not stated in the documentation for this number – so we do not give them. The part number A019908559 is what counts.
Behind the panel are the boiler, hot lines and live parts. Switch off the machine, unplug it, let it cool down – only then open it. We deliberately do not give step-by-step instructions here; if you are not familiar with the inside of the machine, have the replacement done by a qualified technician.
Eight items, sorted by machine, side and finish:
For anyone who has an Appartamento TCA in stainless steel and wants the working side to look clean again. For workshops that refurbish machines. And for anyone who has taken over a used machine and notices that the right side has been through a lot more than the left.
From our workshop in Bern and Zürich
When we replace a stainless steel panel, we only peel off the protective film once the sheet is already hanging on the chassis. Sounds fussy, but it saves exactly the fingerprints and that one scratch you would otherwise make yourself while positioning it. This is our routine, not a manufacturer requirement – and it has proven itself in both workshops.
For the test shot afterwards, we like to use Nutty Delight, because it shows irregularities immediately. Milder with Cozy Chocolate, stronger with Very Nutty. The full selection is under Coffee beans.
Returns excluded
Spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are procured specifically for each order and cannot be resold once they have been installed or test-fitted on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or send us a quick message and we will check the fit together. Your statutory rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.

Yes. We are in Bern at Gerberngasse 44 and in Zürich at Hagenholzstrasse 50b. Bring the serial number of your machine and we will put the part next to it.
