Rocket panel insert in white – the light tone for the Appartamento TCA
The Appartamento is defined by two things: the perforated side panel and the coloured strip that shows through behind it. That strip is the panel insert. In white, the machine looks lighter, the hole pattern stands out more clearly, and in a bright kitchen the side wall almost disappears.
Because the insert sits on the outside, every scratch shows. A bent corner, a scuff from a move, a spot where a cleaning agent has dulled the surface: all of this is immediately noticeable, even though the machine runs perfectly from a technical point of view. Replacing the insert is therefore usually a question of looks – or of fancying a different colour.
When it's due
The insert is bent, dented or has a visible scratch. The surface is dull or stained in one spot because a harsh agent got on it. An edge sticks out and presses against the perforated panel. Or simply: you want to switch from one colour to another without replacing the entire side wall.

The three panel inserts of the Appartamento TCA
They come in three colours, each with its own part number: Copper, A619908056, Black, A619908057 and White, A619908055. According to the information available to us, they differ technically only in colour. How many inserts your machine has – one per side or a single one – is not documented to us; count them before ordering.

For anyone with an Appartamento TCA who wants to replace a damaged insert or give the machine a lighter look without buying the whole side wall right away. Also for service workshops that give a machine a visual refresh before reselling it.

Does the insert also fit the older Appartamento without TCA?
The number A619908055 is assigned to the Appartamento TCA. TCA refers to a generation, not a separate model. We have no approval for older years of manufacture – send us the serial number and we'll check.
Do I need one or two inserts?
One piece is supplied. How many inserts are fitted to your machine is not documented to us. Check on the machine before ordering or write to us – we'll clarify it together.
What material is the insert made of and how is it coated?
The material, dimensions and type of surface are not documented to us for this number. We make no claims about them. The colour name White comes from the manufacturer.
Does the white insert turn yellow over time?
We have no manufacturer information on this, and we also have no long-term observation of our own that we could pass on in good conscience. What we can say: if you clean it gently, the surface will last longer.
Can I see the colour in the Showroom beforehand?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Let us know beforehand and we'll have the part ready.
