biszu 150 CHF Shopguthaben sichern →The WPM MS-130T is a standalone milk frother with digital temperature control from 40–90°C (in 1°C increments) and two programmable memory slots. It operates fully automatically and independently of your espresso machine – all you need is a power outlet.
The MS-130T is particularly relevant for owners of Flair lever espresso machines (which don't have a steam wand) and single-boiler machines that require a warm-up period after pulling an espresso shot. With the MS-130T, you can froth milk simultaneously with the extraction, without having to wait for the steam boiler to heat up.
The nozzle design breaks up large bubbles and automatically creates a fine-pored texture. You set the target temperature, and the device stops automatically when it's reached. The result is reproducible without needing to master any complicated frothing techniques – although the foam quality naturally also depends on the milk used.
The advantage over basic models is the digital temperature control and the two memory slots. This allows the milk temperature to be set precisely, preventing overheating.

Milk loses some of its natural sweetness at around 70°C as the lactose denatures. The foam becomes less stable and the inherent flavor less pronounced. Milk is generally sweetest and creamiest at 60–65°C – this temperature can be precisely controlled with the MS-130T.
Our Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight blends pair well with creamy whole milk at this temperature. Those who prefer lighter roasts as milk-based drinks can experiment with slightly less milk and a slightly lower target temperature – this helps retain more of the fruitiness. However, the results also depend on the type of milk and the espresso recipe.
The MS-130T operates completely independently – it only needs a power outlet. It is a particularly good complement to setups with Flair lever espresso machines and single-boiler espresso machines , where you would otherwise have to wait for steam after brewing.
Yes, the machine works with all types of milk and plant-based alternatives. Experience has shown that barista-style oat or soy milk produces the most consistent foam quality.
