These 55 mm burrs are original Eureka spare parts made of hardened steel, manufactured in Italy and designed for espresso. Because particle size and its consistency determine extraction, a cleanly cutting grinder is the basis for everything else: fresh burrs cut with a tighter distribution, and that shows directly in the body and clarity of the cup.

Which number do you need?
Between late 2017 and early 2018, Eureka built a Specialità series with a slightly different bore. Your grinder's serial number tells you which burrs fit: look at the 4th and 5th digits. If they read 19, 20, 21 or 22, you need MAC55ITAv1802 CP. If they read 17, you need MAC55ITA CP. For an 18, send us a picture of your burr – we'll figure out together which one fits.
