The handle unfolds, the numbered scale turns to your setting, and a few calm turns later, even grounds fall into the magnetic cup – from espresso to French press, all from one grinder.
The K-Ultra is the all-round hand grinder from 1Zpresso: a 48 mm stainless steel conical burr, an external grind scale, and a magnetic catch cup. Available with us in silver and iron gray.
At its core, the 48 mm K-Burr conical burr made from stainless steel works with seven blades – that delivers even particle distribution and brisk throughput, the foundation for clean extraction. Grind size is set externally via a numbered scale: ten numbers, a hundred clicks per rotation, around 20 micrometers per click – fine, fast, and repeatable, from espresso to filter.
The handle folds down, and the magnetic catch cup holds around 35 to 40 grams – enough for about four servings. A silicone sleeve gives you a secure grip. At around 685 grams, it feels substantial in the hand; grinding happens by hand, with no power and no heat.
Our opinion is one of many.

Yes. With the fine external adjustment, you cover everything from espresso to French press – it's built as an all-round grinder.
With us, in silver and iron gray. The burr and function are identical.
Gladly. In our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich Oerlikon (Hagenholzstrasse 50b), you can experience the grinder live.
Ground by hand, straight into the cup: for a round, chocolatey-nutty espresso, try Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight, for maximum body without acidity Very Nutty. If you're looking for a lighter, fruity profile in filter, try Wild Peach – work your way there in small steps. That's our recommendation, one of many.
