Roastery Tip
With pour over, we like to set the warm carafe on the coaster before placing it back on the scale – this way the Pearl S stays reliable for years. For the filter, we like to grind Wild Peach, when it's allowed to be fruity; otherwise we stick with Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight – full-bodied, sweet, dense. If you like it full and round without any acidity, stick with Very Nutty. This is our recommendation, one of many, and whichever bean tastes right to you is the right one.
