Roasted at the Coffee Coaching Club, where a chemist and flavor developer works with scientific precision and a passion for flavor. Every roasting process is a dialogue between craftsmanship and emotion—and every cup tells this story.

Origin & History

The Fazenda da Lagoa isn't just any farm—it's a piece of coffee history. Coffee has been cultivated with dedication here in the "Campo das Vertentes" since 1764. At an altitude of 950–1,155 meters, varieties such as Obatã, Catuaí, and Yellow Bourbon grow.

Today, the farm is part of the Neumann Kaffee Group and cultivates 1,990 hectares with over 6.9 million plants . Sustainability, fairness, and responsibility are at the heart of the farm, supported by generations of experience.

Natural process with character

The "Unwashed Natural" process is used here: The coffee cherries are slowly dried in the sun with their flesh intact. This process gives the Brazil Natural its distinctively full-bodied taste and a powerful yet velvety mouthfeel .

The result is a coffee that is rich and intense, yet remains smooth – a profile that has made Brazilian coffee so famous.

Flavor profile

Over 500 permanent employees, plus harvest workers, find work, housing, and security here. The farm invests in training on health, sustainability, and fair cooperation.

Certifications such as Rainforest Alliance, CAFE Practices, NKG-Verified and Regenagri prove that enjoyment and responsibility go hand in hand.
