How to use it
In our opinion, daily backflushing with the blind filter without detergent is sufficient. You should backflush with cleaning powder approximately every 50 shots: add half a teaspoon to the blind filter, start the cleaning program, and then rinse thoroughly. That's our recommendation, one of many – what matters in the end is simply that the brew group stays free of coffee oils.
