    Brewista Artisan Gooseneck Kettle 1.0 L – Temperature Spot-On

When hand-brewing, water temperature is a crucial factor: too hot, and light roasts become harsh; too cool, and sweetness is left behind. The Brewista Artisan gives you control. Its slender gooseneck allows for precise and even pouring, you can set the target temperature to the exact degree – and the base maintains it.

A kettle made for pour-over, AeroPress, and similar methods: controlled pour, precise temperature control, and a keep-warm function for the entire brewing session.

    What makes the Artisan special

    Precise Temperature

Adjustable from approx. 40 to 100 °C and PID-controlled – the temperature remains stable during pouring.

    Gooseneck Spout

The slender gooseneck allows for a slow, targeted stream of water – the basis for even pour-over.

    Keep Warm & Presets

Pre-set temperature profiles and a keep-warm function keep the water at the target temperature for multiple cups.

    Who it's for

For everyone who takes filter coffee seriously: pour-over with Chemex or Hario V60, AeroPress and all methods where temperature and pouring behavior make a difference. You can find the right filter equipment in our Filter Collection.

    What goes with it

For reproducible filter coffee, a precise barista scale with a timer is worthwhile. The suitable beans – preferably lighter roasts for hand filters – are in our coffee bean selection. Serving pots and on-the-go equipment can be found under coffee pots.

    Showrooms in Bern and Zurich

Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the product you have in mind is currently there. Balance, spout, and operation say more than any description.

    Roastery Tip

Lighter roasts particularly shine for hand filters. Wild Peach with its peach note and the elegant Jungle Flower from Peru benefit from precise water temperature – a little hotter for more sweetness, a little cooler for clearer acidity. Experiment, this is our recommendation, one of many.
