Tip from the roastery: We set the dose by weight on the scale, the funnel makes sure all of it lands in the basket. As a starting point we brew at a 1:2 ratio, meaning twice as much espresso in the cup as coffee in the basket. For an espresso with body we like to use Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight, Very Nutty brings maximum body without acidity. That is our recommendation, one of many.
