Eureka Baby Grinder Olive Wood – Hand Grinder with 48mm Conical Burr
You load a dose of beans, wrap your hand around the slender body, and turn the crank – smoothly, with little resistance. The grounds fall into the curved container, with hardly anything left behind. A hand grinder that fits in any hand and can be disassembled in seconds for travel.
The Baby Grinder is Eureka's first hand grinder – the burr quality of the Italian manufacturer in a portable form. Coffee Coaching Club carries the Eureka range; Eureka has been manufacturing in Florence, Italy, since 1920. This version is olive wood with a ceramic container; the Baby Grinder is also available in anodized aluminum (glass) and walnut (glass).
48mm Conical Burr and Gold Energy
The 48mm conical burr made of hardened steel is designed for espresso and filter and delivers a consistent grind across all brewing methods – from espresso to French press. The Gold Energy treatment, developed by Eureka and ITALMILL, extends the lifespan of the burrs by around 50 percent compared to untreated steel and keeps the grind consistent over a long period.
Stepped Adjustment and Low Retention
The grind size is adjusted in stepped, fine increments – quickly and reproducibly, ideal for switching between brewing methods. Due to the almost residue-free construction, hardly any grounds remain in the grinder: You grind each dose fresh, without yesterday's remnants mixing in.
Slim Body, Made for On-the-Go
The narrow body and the curved shape of the container fit well in the hand, and the length and shape of the crank keep the effort low. The grinder can be easily disassembled for transport – a companion for travel, camping, the office, or your home counter.

Roastery Tip
Hand-ground coffee truly brings out the character of the bean. For a round, chocolaty-nutty profile, choose Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. If you want to discover a bright, fruity profile in your filter coffee, try Wild Peach. Experiment with your settings in small steps. This is our recommendation, one of many.
