MONIN Passion Fruit Syrup – exotic and fresh for iced tea, Spritz and mocktails
MONIN Passion Fruit Syrup brings intense fruit flavour and lively acidity to iced tea, Spritz and smoothies. 700 ml or 250 ml, in Bern and Zurich.
The passion fruit originally comes from Brazil. MONIN describes it as a refreshing fruit and builds the syrup on its intense aroma and its lively acidity, according to MONIN with natural colourings and flavourings as well as natural preservatives.
Sweetness and acidity influence each other in how we perceive them: sugar makes acidity seem milder, acidity keeps sweetness lively. That is why passion fruit comes across in the glass as fresh and round at the same time. The syrup is available in the large 700 ml bottle and in the handy 250 ml bottle.

Can I see the product before buying?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Which flavours are on site at any given time may vary. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the product you have in mind is currently there.
Tip from the roastery: For a summery Espresso Tonic we use an espresso with body, Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight, brewed at a 1:2 ratio, over ice, with tonic and a little syrup. If you look for fruit in the bean as well, you discover a light, fruity variant with Wild Peach. That is our recommendation, one of many.
