Mahlkönig Triangle Sticker Set of 2 – the mark on your EK43, like new again
The triangle on the side of the EK43 is one of the best-known marks behind any counter. And it is also the spot where you first see the years on a grinder: cleaning agents, cloth edges and a thousand handgrips gnaw at the edge, and at some point the emblem sits crooked or starts to come away.
This set of 2 brings both sides back into shape – original parts from Mahlkönig, made of aluminium instead of film, with a self-adhesive back. You get them in three finishes: black and red are the classic colours of the EK43, gold is the version for everyone who wants to give their grinder a look of its own.

Tip from our café
Our own experience from Bern and Zurich, not a manufacturer specification: the old emblem comes off most cleanly when the grinder has been running for a while beforehand – the housing is slightly warm then and the adhesive gives way more willingly. After that, degrease the spot with a little alcohol, otherwise the new one will not hold the way it should. And since the grinder is running anyway: for work like this we like to grind Nutty Delight or Cozy Chocolate through, and Very Nutty for strong filter. All beans are in the coffee beans collection.
Return excluded
Service parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced to order and cannot be put back on sale once they have been fitted or held against the machine. So check the model, year and serial number of your grinder before you order – or drop us a line and we will clarify the fit together. Your rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.
Frequently asked questions
Are these stickers made of film?
No. They are emblems made of aluminium with a self-adhesive back – noticeably sturdier than film and exactly the version Mahlkönig uses ex works.
How many emblems are in a set?
Two pieces, so both sides of the housing. If you want to replace one side only, you have a spare in the cupboard straight away.
Do they fit a K30 as well?
No, there is a separate version for the K30 with a different manufacturer number. This set is made for EK43, EK43 S and EKK43 Allround.
Can I pick the colour freely, even if my grinder has a different paint finish?
Yes, all three finishes fit mechanically the same. Which colour you take is purely a matter of taste – gold on a black EK43 looks better in person than you would think.
Can I see the part at your place?
Yes. In Bern at Gerberngasse 44 and in Zurich at Hagenholzstrasse 50b our grinders stand set up and in use – come by for an espresso and we will show you the colours side by side.
