MHW-3BOMBER Milk Pitcher 5.0 400 ml – compact stainless steel pitcher with crocodile spout
Small in the hand, clear in the result: for a single drink, the milk turns tight and controlled in the compact jug, and with a calm tilt the distinctive spout draws a fine, clean line across the crema. Just the right size for your everyday cappuccino.
The compact version of the fifth generation – for a single, well-textured serving.
Why small is an advantage here
A small amount of milk is easier to control. The wide, low body keeps the vortex tight while frothing, so air and milk blend finely – ideal for dense microfoam and for your first clean patterns. The proteins in the milk stabilise the fine bubbles, the fat gives the foam its density.
The spout that gives it its name – known internally as the crocodile shape – with its double-curved guide grooves, focuses the stream so the lines stand out more clearly. The 5.0 is made from 304 stainless steel. Latte art has no rules here, only what you like. Our opinion is one of many.

Who it's for
For anyone who usually makes one drink at a time and is looking for a handy pitcher with a clean spout. Also lovely for practising, because the small amount of milk is easy to control.
What you can pair it with
The foam is shaped by your machine's steam wand. From the compact one for the coffee corner to La Marzocco, you'll find them in our espresso machines; the advisory tool helps with the choice.
If you'd like to compare larger sizes or other shapes: the pitchers in the Normcore Collection are affordable and precise, while the Weber Workshops Collection shows the especially finely crafted side. And beneath the milk, it's the espresso that carries the drink – dense espresso beans round it off.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many cups does the 400 ml size cover?
Good for one milk drink. When steaming, leave a bit of room at the top so the milk has space to stretch.
Is the small pitcher suitable for practising latte art?
Yes. The small amount of milk turns in a controlled way, and the focusing spout makes it easier to pour clean lines.
Which finishes are available?
The 400 ml size is available in, among others, White, Matte Black, Glossy Grey and Silver Spot. Which one you choose is a matter of taste.
Can I see the pitcher in person before buying?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the product you have in mind is currently there.
A tip from our coffee roastery
In a small cappuccino, every note counts. Our Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight stay present beneath the milk, full-bodied and sweet. For maximum body without acidity, there's Very Nutty; for a fruity experience, Wild Peach. That's our recommendation – one among many.
