Modbar Pour Over Tap Chrome – precision, visible on the bar
The Pour Over Tap is the visible element of the Modbar Pour-Over system on the work surface. It combines an open bar experience with precise, repeatable brewing technology.
Using the display and the push-and-turn dial, you select saved recipes; brewing starts via the lever. Pour over stays visible and hands-on, while volume, temperature and repeatability remain under control.
Precision for different brew methods
The tap works with interchangeable shower inserts in various sizes. This lets you adapt the water distribution to different filter methods and recipes. According to Modbar/La Marzocco, the system supports programmable recipes, precise temperature control and a workflow-oriented, modular bar setup.
