Rocket designed it for fast heat-up: according to the manufacturer, the first shot is possible after around 12 minutes on average, depending on water temperature and surroundings. Features of the Mozzafiato FAST
Dual gauges
Two gauges show pump and boiler pressure. According to Rocket, keeping an eye on both pressures helps avoid over- or under-extraction. The R has gauges with a white background, the V with a black one.
Shot timer display and PID control
The OLED display shows the shot time, manages machine settings such as boiler temperature and reports errors.
Fast heat-up
With the fast heat-up technology, according to Rocket the first shot is possible after around 12 minutes on average, depending on water temperature and ambient conditions.
Minimalist valves
The redesigned water and steam valves follow the design language of the current Rocket models.
Ready indicator
An indicator changes colour as soon as the machine is ready to brew.
Design philosophy
The die-cast side panels are inspired by the roof rails of classic vehicles, such as 1980s Volvo estates, the Land Rover Defender and the Toyota Land Cruiser.

Tip from the roastery: For espresso and milk drinks we recommend dense, full-bodied roasts such as Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight. For maximum body without acidity: Very Nutty. For a fruity discovery: Wild Peach. As a starting point 1:2 by weight, then to taste. This is our recommendation, one of many.
