What distinguishes the FLO Server
Each server is hand-blown, making it unique. The clear borosilicate glass is heat-resistant, tasteless, and does not absorb flavors even after hundreds of brews. It tolerates temperature fluctuations without cracking – you can pour hot coffee directly without preheating the glass.
With 600 ml, there's room for 3 to 4 cups of filter coffee. Together with the FLO Dripper and its brewing volume of 350 ml, you catch a full pass and still have room to swirl. The minimalist design without decor, handle, or scale is intentional: you see the coffee from all sides and can observe the extraction in real-time. The server is dishwasher-safe and remains clear even after many washes.

0.6L or 0.4L?
The single-walled 0.6L offers a clear view of the flow and holds more – ideal if you want to observe the extraction and brew 3 to 4 cups. If you want to keep individual portions warm for longer, the double-walled FLO 0.4L Dual Wall Server is the suitable alternative.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the server only fit the FLO Dripper or others as well?
It is optimized for the FLO Dripper, but works universally with any dripper like V60, Kalita Wave, or Origami – it is an open glass pot without mechanical coupling.
Is the server dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Borosilicate glass is heat and chemical resistant and can be put in the dishwasher.
What does hand-blown mean – are all servers the same?
Each server is individually hand-blown. This means minimal differences in wall thickness and shape – each piece is unique while maintaining consistent quality.
How many cups fit in the 0.6L server?
Depending on the cup size, 3 to 4 cups. With the FLO Dripper, you have enough space for the entire brewing process plus room to swirl.
Roastery Tip
A clear server is more than just aesthetics for pour-over: The color of the flow shows you in real-time where you are in the extraction. At the beginning, the drops are dark and concentrated – here, mainly easily extractable compounds like caffeine, fruit and malic acid, and short-chain sugars dissolve. The longer it runs, the lighter the flow becomes, and heavier substances that bring body and sweetness dissolve. If you switch from Fast to Slow with the FLO, you extend the contact time at the same grind size – in the clear glass, you see the difference immediately and taste it in the cup.
