How to prepare Matcha
Using the Chashaku, measure about one to two level scoops of powder into the Chawan, pour in water at 75 to 77 degrees, and whisk the matcha with the Chasen in brisk movements until a fine foam forms on the surface. After use, rinse the whisk with clear water and place it on the Chasentate to help it retain its shape.
