Normcore Single Dosing bean tubes, set of 6, tinted (polycarbonate)
Six tinted tubes in their stand, each with one portion inside. The tinted polycarbonate lets less light reach the beans – and in the morning you simply take one out, unscrew it and fill the grinder. No weighing, no open bag.
The tinted version of the compact set of 6, with airtight single-dose containers.
What makes this set special
Each tube holds one portion and keeps it airtight. The release valve in the lid lets out the CO2 that freshly roasted beans give off as they degas, while oxygen stays out. The tinted version also reduces the light reaching the beans.
The containers are made of sturdy, BPA-free polycarbonate with silicone and stainless steel. A silicone filling funnel helps when filling, and the compact acrylic stand keeps the six tubes organised. Whether tinted or clear suits you better is a matter of taste, and this is just our view, one of many.

Who this set is for
For everyone who grinds single dose, is looking for a compact solution and would like to give their beans a little less light. Six tubes are enough for about a week of daily espresso. All coffee journeys are welcome here.
Pairs well with
The tubes work hand in hand with the grinder – affordable and very good with the Varia VS3 or Comandante C40 from our coffee grinder collection, with higher demands on materials at Weber Workshops. You’ll find dosing cups, dosing funnels and WDT tools in our Normcore collection.
Fresh beans for filling are in our coffee bean collection. If you are still choosing your equipment, use our advice tool.
Frequently asked questions about the Normcore bean tubes
What does the tinted version offer?
The tinted polycarbonate lets less light reach the beans. Otherwise, function, material and dimensions are identical to the clear version.
How much fits in one tube?
About 25 to 28 g – the amount for a single-dose shot.
What is the valve in the lid for?
It lets out the CO2 that fresh beans release as they degas, while keeping oxygen out.
Are the tubes suitable for ground coffee?
Yes, you can store both whole beans and ground coffee in individual portions.
Roastery tip
Pre-portioned, freshly roasted coffee tastes best. For dense, sweet espresso we like to reach for Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight. If you like it full and round without any acidity, stay with Very Nutty; for something fruity, Wild Peach goes into the grinder. That is our recommendation, one of many, and any bean you enjoy is the right one.
