Non-slip footing and a quieter pump, with no effort at all
This machine foot measures 28 mm in diameter and 16 mm in height; the threaded stud is M4 and 10 mm long. It screws into the base of the housing from below and does two things at once: it keeps the machine in place and decouples it from the worktop.
Rubber ages. After a few years in the warmth and in contact with cleaning agents, it hardens, develops fine cracks and loses its grip. You don’t notice this on the foot, but on the machine: it slides when you insert the portafilter, it wobbles, or suddenly you can hear the pump across the whole kitchen. Part number F.2.094.
When it’s time to replace it
- The machine slides when you insert or knock out the portafilter.
- The pump’s vibration carries audibly to the worktop.
- The rubber is hard, cracked or squashed flat.
- The machine wobbles even though the surface is level.
- A foot is missing altogether.

Who it’s for
For anyone who wants to replace hardened feet, and for workshops that renew all four at once during a service.
What goes with it
From our workshop
Before we screw in new feet in Bern and Zurich, we wipe the threads in the sheet metal dry once. Over the years, limescale dust collects there and stops the foot from sitting flat – and then the machine wobbles despite the new parts. Afterwards: an espresso made with Very Nutty. Our routine, not a manufacturer’s specification.
Returns excluded
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a test fit on the machine. So please check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine before ordering – or drop us a quick message and we’ll clarify the fit together. Your rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a set or a single foot?
A single foot. Four of them make a complete set.
How can I tell whether this foot fits my machine?
What matters is the M4 thread and the dimensions 28 x 16 mm. Measure the old foot or send us the serial number, and we’ll check it for you.
Is this the same part as the Micra foot?
No. The dimensions are very similar, but the part numbers are different. We stock both and have linked them to each other.
Can I replace it myself?
Yes. Unplug the machine, lift it carefully, unscrew the old foot and screw the new one in by hand. Don’t tighten it with pliers.
Can I see the part in your showroom?
Yes. We’re in Bern at Gerberngasse 44 and in Zurich at Hagenholzstrasse 50b. Bring your machine’s serial number or the old part, and we’ll compare them right at the counter.
