Mahlkönig 180 mm Turkish Special Steel Burrs – DK27 LS

The high-volume DK27 LS is also available with its own Turkish geometry: these 180 mm burrs made of hardened special steel (64–66 HRC) are designed for grinding capacities of up to 250 kg per hour, from Turkish fine to French press.

The geometry is designed for Turkish fine grinding, and the grinding capacity of up to 250 kg per hour is somewhat below the 300 kg of the standard version of the same grinder.
