Mahlkönig 54 mm Special Steel Burrs – VARIO Home

For the VARIO Home, the burrs are also available in steel instead of ceramic – these 54 mm burrs made from hardened special steel (64–66 HRC) are designed for especially gentle grinding of filter coffee.

At a medium grind setting, we expect a service life of around 400 kg, noticeably less than the ceramic version for the same grinder – but a different grinding feel that some prefer. As a partner of Mahlkönig, we carry these original burrs for you.
