Enclosed stainless steel body, round side openings, front display with shot counter – the NOW is the matured version of the Appartamento. The espresso flows densely and smoothly from the E61 group, and the oversized manometer calmly stays in the pump pressure range.

Heat Exchanger with E61 Group
Heat exchanger with the classic E61 brew group in the thermosiphon circuit: brew water continuously circulates from the insulated copper boiler through the group and back. This keeps the brew temperature stable, even if espresso follows cappuccino immediately.
Enclosed Stainless Steel Body
The enclosed body with round side openings stabilizes the temperature and gives the NOW its own unique look.
Professional Toggle Valves and Larger Drip Tray
Instead of rotary valves, toggle valves are used for steam and hot water. The enlarged drip tray (adopted from the TCA) allows for longer sessions without constant emptying.
Front Display with Shot Counter
The display shows the shot timer prominently but unobtrusively – a helper for learning, not a compulsion.

What is the difference between the NOW and the Appartamento?
Same platform – heat exchanger, E61 group, copper boiler. Differences include the enclosed stainless steel body, toggle valves instead of rotary valves, a larger drip tray, the oversized manometer, and the front display with shot counter.
Can I brew and froth milk simultaneously?
Yes. As a heat exchanger, the NOW has a steam circuit and a separate brew water circuit through the E61 group – both run in parallel.
How long does it take to heat up?
Around 15 to 20 minutes, typical for an E61 heat exchanger.
Can I see the machine before purchasing?
