Weber Workshops Bean Cellar – 12 Polymer Tubes with Wooden Station
You portion your beans once, fill them into the tubes, and have the ready dose at hand every morning. Each bean only comes into contact with air twice – when filling and when grinding.
This version uses robust polymer tubes and is well-suited for daily home use as well as for cafe operations. Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Weber Workshops.
What makes the Polymer Bean Cellars special
Each tube made of food-safe, BPA-free polypropylene is sealed with Weber's own one-way valve: The CO2 of freshly roasted beans escapes, while the lighter oxygen stays out. Seals and valves are integrated. Compared to the glass version, the polymer tubes are lighter and more resistant – practical for intensive daily use.

Glass or Polymer
The glass version looks more elegant and is often displayed visibly on the counter. The polymer version is lighter, more robust and shock-resistant – ideal when there's a lot of movement. Both use the same one-way valve principle.
What goes with it
Best paired with a single-dose grinder like the Weber EG-1 or Key. You can find fresh beans in our coffee bean selection.

Frequently asked questions
Are the polymer tubes BPA-free?
Yes, they are made of food-safe, BPA-free polypropylene.
What is the difference from the glass version?
Polymer is lighter and more resistant, glass looks more elegant. The one-way valve principle is the same for both.
Can I also use the tubes in a cafe?
Yes, the Polymer Bean Cellars are designed for professional single-dosing workflows, for example, as individual portions for customers.
Roastery Tip
Label the tubes with the bean type and filling date to keep track of your supplies. Fill whole beans and only grind just before brewing. This is our recommendation, one of many.
