Comandante Black Crank XL crank – more leverage, less effort
The first turn with the longer crank feels different: the grounds give way more easily, your hand has more leverage, and the ergonomic wooden knob sits snugly between your fingers. The Black Crank turns the morning grind into a calmer, more pleasant affair.
It is the official XL-crank upgrade for all Comandante C40 Mk3 and Mk4. The extended shape provides noticeably more leverage – especially with light roasts and fine grind settings. The included „Big Joe“ knob of solid, black-lacquered oak (Ø 55 mm) makes grinding more comfortable.

Who it’s for
For anyone who often grinds larger quantities, likes to work light roasts with more resistance, or simply wants more ergonomics and style on their grinder.
