Why Preheating Matters
A preheated brew cylinder ensures a stable brewing temperature – and thus a full-bodied, evenly extracted espresso. Without preheating, the cold cylinder draws heat from the water, resulting in a cooler and thinner first cup. The Preheat Funnel makes this step easy: steam instead of extra effort.

How it Works
Place the Preheat Funnel on the open kettle and position the brew cylinder upside down in the funnel. As the water heats, the rising steam evenly preheats the cylinder. As soon as the water is ready, the cylinder is also ready for brewing. Thanks to its foldable silicone, the funnel can then be stored compactly – even for travel.
