Flair Espresso Split Spout Adapter PRO 2
The lever goes down, and instead of one stream, two even streams run into two cups. The Split Spout turns one shot on the PRO 2 into two espressos for two people.
Coffee Coaching Club is the official Swiss importer of Flair Espresso. Before brewing, you push the adapter onto the bottom of the stainless steel spout of your PRO 2 portafilter and pull the shot as usual.
Splitting the shot does not change the extraction itself. You still measure by weight, with a ratio of around 1:2 as a starting point, after that your taste decides. Our opinion is one of many.
