Flair Dispersion Screen – spare part for PRO, PRO 2, Classic and Signature
The dispersion screen sits between the brew water and the coffee bed of your Flair. During brewing it spreads the water across the surface of the puck instead of letting it hit a single spot.

Pro & Pro2 is the Flair PRO Dispersion Screen for the Flair PRO and PRO 2. Classic - Standard is the Flair Standard SS Dispersion Screen for the standard brew head of the Flair Classic and Signature.

Tip from the roastery: After changing the screen, we dial the recipe in again by weight, with 1:2 as a starting point. For this we like to use Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. Very Nutty brings maximum body without acidity. If you are looking for something fruity, add Wild Peach. Water makes up the major part of every espresso, we work with a hardness of 50–100 mg/l. That is our recommendation, one of many.
