Flair Dispersion Screen – for even water distribution in the puck
Before the water reaches the puck, a thin stainless steel disc is located between the piston and the ground coffee. It receives the water jet and distributes it evenly over the puck surface – instead of hitting a single spot, the water is applied uniformly.
