Once your lever pressure is consistent, the Graduation Disc comes into play: a fixed, permanent brewing solution for the NEO Flex – without a bypass valve, for a well-established workflow.

Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Flair Espresso. The Graduation Disc is a non-release solution and should only be used once you have set your lever pressure with the bypass valve on the red training discs.
