Flair Temperature Strips – High or Low
A small strip on the brew head or milk pitcher shows you the temperature as a color – no separate thermometer needed. This way, you know if the brew cylinder is preheated or if the milk has reached its ideal point.
Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Flair Espresso. There are two variants: the high-temperature strip (70 to 100 °C) for checking the preheated brew head and the low-temperature strip (25 to 65 °C) for milk in frothers or steamers – for latte art, for example.
How to read the strip
As the strip warms up, the window changes from light brown to green. A light brown window indicates a temperature above the actual temperature, the green window shows the actual temperature, and a blue window indicates a temperature below. Both strips can be combined to display a wider temperature range.

What goes well with it
For milk foam and latte art, the low-temperature strip pairs well with the Flair Wizard Steamer. You can find more Flair accessories in the Flair Collection. Plus, fresh beans from our coffee roastery.
