PID with Front Display and Shot Counter
The front display shows boiler temperature, shot counter, pre-infusion status, ECO mode, and a water tank warning. You can monitor the brewing time without a separate stopwatch.
Three Temperatures and Pre-infusion
Select 120, 124, or 128 °C via a toggle switch. Pre-infusion and ECO mode can be switched on and off.
ECM E61 Brew Group
Patented ECM E61 brew group with stainless steel bell, plus a low-noise vibration pump.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference to the standard Mechanika VI Slim?
The PID version additionally has a front display with shot counter, low water warning, and status indicators for pre-infusion and ECO mode. The basic features (E61, vibration pump) are the same. It is only available through Exclusive Line dealers.
How do I order an Exclusive Line model?
Online sales for Exclusive Line machines are not permitted by the manufacturer. We will advise you personally in the Zurich or Bern showroom and hand over the machine there.
Can I connect it to the water mains?
No. It operates with the 2.8-liter tank and is not prepared for a fixed water connection.
Does the ECM Flow Profile Kit fit?
No. The Flow Profile Kit only works with machines that have a rotary pump, such as the Mechanika MAX or Synchronika. The Slim operates with a vibration pump.
Can I see it before buying?
Gladly. You can see it live in Bern and Zurich Oerlikon. Just let us know, and we'll have it ready.
Roastery Tip
The front display with shot counter is invaluable in everyday use: You see the brewing time directly and can precisely adjust the grind and quantity. For light specialty beans, choose the higher temperature setting; for classic espresso blends, the medium one. This is our recommendation, one of many.
