ECM Puristika – Single Boiler for Pure Espresso
Slim, rounded anthracite housing, an elegant glass water tank, and a clear focus: it's simply about espresso. The Puristika is a single-boiler machine purely for espresso – without a separate steam wand, making it tidy and narrow. Who it's for
For espresso purists who don't need milk foam and are looking for a narrow, quiet machine. If you drink your espresso black and value minimalism, this is the right choice for you. If you regularly make cappuccino, a single or double boiler machine with steam is better suited.
What goes with it
A consistent coffee grinder like those from the Eureka range, a tamper, and fresh beans like Cozy Chocolate or Very Nutty. More in the ECM collection.

Allow about 11 minutes for the boiler and brew group to reach the correct temperature.
Can I descale it?
Yes. We will show you how to integrate flushing and descaling routines into your daily life.
Can I see it before purchasing?
Gladly. You can see it live in Bern and Zurich Oerlikon. Just let us know, and we'll have it ready.
Roaster's Tip
Without the distraction of steam, the bean becomes the main focus. A chocolatey, rounded roast like Cozy Chocolate really shines here. Play with grind size and quantity until the shot lands in your preferred window. This is our recommendation, one of many.
