What makes the Flair 2GO special
The frame is made of aircraft-grade aluminium (6061), the brew cylinder of stainless steel. The cylinder has thin walls and is protected by a silicone sleeve, which keeps the brewing temperature constant – no preheating needed. The built-in pressure gauge (6–9 bar) shows you where you stand during the shot. This version works with ground coffee via a bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter (40 mm), giving you a clear view of the extraction and full control. Folded up, it measures roughly 253 × 135 × 104 mm in its case and weighs about 1.67 kg.

Who the Flair 2GO is for
For anyone who wants to bring lever espresso along – to the holiday home, to the office, on a trip, into the mountains. If you're looking for a stationary setup with a stainless steel brew path and a larger portafilter, you'll find it in the Flair 49 Pro; if you want the 58 mm industry standard and electric preheating, in the Flair 58+2. Nobody needs a lever machine – whoever wants one knows why.

Do I need to preheat the Flair 2GO?
No. The thin-walled stainless steel cylinder with silicone sleeve keeps the brewing temperature constant, so a separate preheating step isn't needed.
Do I need my own grinder?
Yes. This version works with ground coffee via the bottomless portafilter and needs a grinder capable of espresso grind. For life on the go, a hand grinder like the Comandante C40 or a Timemore is a good fit.
How big is it when folded?
In its case it measures roughly 253 × 135 × 104 mm and weighs about 1.67 kg – it fits in most travel bags.
