What makes this scale special
With 0.1 g accuracy, the scale gives you the same control over your brewing ratio as larger models – you weigh beans and water and work by weight instead of feel. Extraction by weight ratio, such as 1:2 for espresso, is our preferred way to brew; and that's just our view, one of many. The total capacity is 2000 g.
It is operated via capacitive buttons; a light touch is sufficient, no firm pressing. A rechargeable lithium-ion battery is housed in the flat casing, and it charges via Type-C. Stainless steel, silicone, and walnut give it stability and character.
