Lelit Elizabeth3 PL92T3 – Dual Boiler Espresso Machine with Pagaia Flow Profiling
Buy the Lelit Elizabeth3 in Switzerland: dual boiler with Pagaia flow profiling, saturated LELIT58 brew group and LCC display, in stainless steel, black or white.
The Elizabeth3 is Lelit's new-generation dual boiler: a 200 millilitre brass coffee boiler, a 600 millilitre steam and hot water boiler, the new saturated LELIT58 brew group with its own stainless steel heating element, and Pagaia, Lelit's patented electronic flow profiling. Lelit calls it the most complete expression of the Pagaia experience. Developed and manufactured in Italy.
Features of the Elizabeth3
Pagaia
Pagaia is Lelit's electronic flow profiling system. It adjusts pressure and flow in real time during extraction and so goes beyond preset profiles. You turn the lever and shape the curve during the shot, while the LCC display shows you the set pressure and the actual pressure.
Pressure profiles
Two pressure profiles are stored from the factory, «Lever Shot» and «Modern Shot», which Lelit has tuned to different roast styles. They can be fully adjusted in the LCC menu. On top of that, there are manual profiles with up to five programmable steps and the Freestyle mode, in which you guide the shot freely with Pagaia. Profiles and shot times sit on coffee buttons 1 and 2.
Design language
The Elizabeth3 carries Lelit's new design language: precise lines, material contrasts, Pagaia as a visible and tactile control, and the gem-shaped pictogram. The LED lighting at the brew group makes the extraction visible.
Three finishes
Alongside brushed stainless steel with smoked oak details, the Elizabeth3 comes in black and in white with a textured surface. On these, the Pagaia lever, knob, feet, portafilter and tamper are made of zebrano wood. According to Lelit, the technology and the result in the cup are identical in all finishes.
Two boilers, two temperatures
Because coffee and steam have separate boilers, the brew temperature doesn't depend on the steam output. You set both temperatures on the LCC, in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Temperature helps decide which compounds dissolve: warmer brings more body, cooler more complexity and aroma. If you go without milk for a few days, you switch off the steam boiler.
As a starting point, we take the weight ratio of 1:2, not time alone, and shift from there in the direction that tastes good. No espresso laws, no espresso police. Profiling is a learning process; the bean, the humidity and you yourself change from day to day. If you'd rather not adjust anything, you stay with the factory profiles.
The LELIT58 group is saturated and heated by its own stainless steel heating element. Our observation: saturated brew groups deliver a more refined aromatic picture than an E61, regardless of the heating system behind them. Others see it differently, our opinion is one of many. More on this in the deep dive on single boilers, heat exchangers and dual boilers.
The details in everyday use
New tamper
The included LELIT58 tamper has a geometric silhouette inspired by a pentagonal shape. The wooden handle is matched to the wooden elements of the machine.
Side ribbon
The polished stainless steel side ribbon draws a clean line along the side of the machine. It is the same on all three finishes and screwed on at both sides.
Steam and water wands
The multidirectional cool-touch steam wand with 3-hole tip delivers even steam with adjustable intensity for milk foam. For tea, infusions or an Americano, the Elizabeth3 also has a fixed hot water wand.
Wooden feet
The tall feet are made of the same wood as the other wooden details of the machine. According to Lelit, they increase stability and make it easier to move the machine and to clean the work surface underneath.
New drip tray
The redesigned drip tray with wire grid is quicker to clean. Above it, LEDs light up the extraction area.
On top of that, there is the three-way solenoid valve that pulls the puck dry after the shot, automatic purge and cleaning cycle that can be activated, standby, a cup warmer, a cup-friendly height and the redesigned 2.5 litre water tank. The LCC shows when the machine is ready, the shot time and low water, with a reserve mode.

Who the Elizabeth3 is for
For households where espresso and cappuccino exist side by side and nobody wants to wait for the switch between coffee and steam temperature. For everyone who wants to adjust the flow and the brew temperature and taste what changes, and just as much for everyone who enjoys the factory profiles. If one boiler is enough for you and you're looking for a narrower machine, you'll find the Victoria3 with Pagaia in our Lelit collection. Our espresso machine advice tool helps you choose between heating systems.
What the Elizabeth3 draws from the bean begins in the grinder. For everyone who wants grinders affordable and precise: the VS3 from Varia, the C40 from Comandante or a hand grinder from Timemore. If you want more: the VS6 from Varia, the EG-1 from Weber Workshops or a Lagom from Option-O. You'll find all models in our coffee grinders.
For dosing by weight: for everyone who wants scales affordable and precise, Normcore. If you want an app and a flow rate display, which pairs well with Pagaia: Acaia. Both in our coffee scales. For puck prep, you'll find both price ranges in the puck screens, from Normcore to Weber Workshops.
You can buy the Lelit Elizabeth3 online, with delivery in 2–4 working days across Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, or pick it up via Click & Collect in Bern and Zurich. Financing is possible. Tip from our coffee roastery: With two boilers, the brew temperature follows the bean, not the steam. For the vast majority, Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight are a good start, dense, aromatic, sweet, with caramel and chocolate. For maximum body without acidity, Very Nutty. And if you're curious, you'll discover a fruity picture with Wild Peach and Pagaia. That's our recommendation, one of many.
