Mahlkönig 65 mm burrs – for E65S and K30
Original Mahlkönig replacement burrs for 65 mm flat burr grinders. Mahlkönig lists them under part number 275123, formerly 306715.
The burrs are made of hardened special steel. They fit the E65S and K30 series as well as the Anfim Pratica and Ditting KE / KED.
After the change you set the grind size again. We go by weight, not time, with a 1:2 ratio as the starting point. Our opinion is one of many.

Who it is for
For everyone running a Mahlkönig E65S or K30 in a café or at home who wants to replace the burrs. The grinders themselves are in our Mahlkönig collection, more parts in accessories and spare parts for grinders.
Wondering whether another grinder suits your setup better? All models are in our coffee grinders, and our advice tool helps you narrow it down. Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the product you have in mind is currently there.
Frequently asked questions
When should I replace the 65 mm burrs?
When the grind becomes uneven despite a clean setting. Service life depends on volume, bean and grind size.
Which grinders do the burrs fit?
According to Mahlkönig: E65S, E65S GbW, E65W GbS, K30, K30 2.0, K30 Twin, K30 ES / VARIO, K30 VARIO AIR, Anfim Pratica and Ditting KE / KED.
How fast are the burrs delivered?
Delivery throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein in 2–4 working days. Click & Collect is available in Bern and Zurich Oerlikon.
Tip from the roastery: Fresh burrs are a good moment to find the setting again with a familiar bean. For espresso we recommend Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight, dense, round and chocolatey. For maximum body without acidity there is Very Nutty. That is our recommendation, one of many.
