We don't carry every brand available on the market. We carry brands we use every day in real conditions – in our roastery, in our showrooms and cafés. Every brand in our selection has a clear reason for being here. Whoever wants it knows why.

How we select brands

Three criteria decide whether a brand makes it into our range. First, the cup: What does the equipment deliver in real use, with our beans, in our water, on our machines? We cup, we compare, we decide based on what we taste. Second, build quality: Do the machines last for years? Are they repairable? Are spare parts available? Third, the manufacturer relationship: Do the partners respond quickly? Do they stand behind their products?

We don't carry brands that don't meet these three criteria – even if the manufacturer would like us to.

As official Swiss importer, we're the first point of contact for all Swiss customers of that brand. As authorized partner, we're an official retailer, but the manufacturer is also active in the Swiss market itself.
