MHW-3BOMBER Dosing Cup 150 ml 58 mm – grind, weigh, transfer
You place the cup under the grinder spout, the grounds fall in, and you put it on the scale. Then you turn it upside down over the portafilter, flip both, and the coffee lies in the basket instead of next to it.
The opening measures 58 mm and so fits most 58 mm portafilters and sits under many grinder spouts. With a volume of 150 ml, the cup is designed for a double espresso. It is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel.
Two colours: Black and Silver Spot
Black is matte black. Silver Spot shows the stainless steel with a speckled silver surface. Size, volume and material are the same for both, so you simply choose by look.
Why a dosing cup?
In the cup you collect the grounds in one place, can weigh them and transfer them to the portafilter in one go. In our experience the work surface stays noticeably cleaner this way, especially with grinders that scatter a little while grinding.

Tip from our café: In our experience it pays to shake the cup gently two or three times after grinding, with your hand over the opening, before you turn it onto the portafilter.
